As the founder of A Woman of Grace, I believe that God lead me “to a time such as this” to minister, to encourage, equip, empower and teach women to experience a radical life-changing relationship with Jesus. My mission is to model Jesus Christ through relationships and ministries and to challenge them in building a devotional and prayer life for Jesus, and be used to uplift His Kingdom to others.
Sheila Edens-Brown is a speaker, author, spiritual leader and founder of A Woman of Grace Ministry. She is encouraging and energizing as she equips her audiences to reach their uniqueness in Christ.
Sheila believes that all women are full of potential and purpose, and works to empower them with the tools needed to reach their full potential during times they lack the knowledge to find their inner self and release it.
Her joy is watching the Holy Spirit empower others to experience radical, life-changing relationships with Jesus as they put their hope in Him. She enjoys helping them build devotional and prayer lives so they can be used to uplift Christ’s Kingdom to others.
Her passion is to mentor others in Christ. She is an ordained elder and pastor, and certified life coach with the Coach Training Alliance. She teaches and speaks within the church and other organizations.
Sheila loves reading, writing Bible studies, teaching, shopping, traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is also a certified Master Guide working with youth and teens.
Of all the hats that Sheila wears, she is most proud to be a wife, mother, and grandmother. She currently resides outside of Chicago with her husband.
Sheila’s favorite Scripture is: “The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.” (Jeremiah 31:3)
